Join Our Team and be part of something truly purposeful. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference. If you're ready to take on new challenges and grow with us, we want to hear from you! Submit your resume below, and start your journey with us.

The Center for Insight and Connection (CIC) is a specialty practice where therapy is conducted through the lens of the 8 phases of EMDR and the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model.  This model postulates that suffering in the present is driven by past adverse experiences.  Therapists at CIC are specially trained to conceptualize client symptomatology in this manner and treat those adverse experiences to mitigate mental health suffering.  We are not asking our therapists to abandon what they know, but to integrate their existing knowledge and expertise into this model.  Training, mentorship, consultation and/or supervision is provided to help with this growth and learning.

We prioritize the well-being of our therapists. We offer competitive compensation that exceeds industry standards, allowing full-time therapists to earn a percentage based on insurance collections. Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule that aligns with your clients' needs, along with your own dedicated office space. With a minimum of 20 client sessions weekly, you’ll have ample time for self-care.  Benefits include supervision, EMDR training and consultation, paid leave, annual continuing education stipend after the first year, full referral, intake coordination and billing support, and access to electronic health record.

LCSW, LSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT or MFT required.  Therapists that would be a good fit for CIC are passionate about learning and growing, able to ask questions and research outside of client sessions, want to be trained in EMDR and are motivated to utilize this experiential modality with clients despite newness with the model, can balance work, self-care and home life well, can ask questions when needed and are looking to make a difference in the world around them.
